No. They simply scan the QR code with their default camera app and upload files directly from their browser. No friction.
Files are securely uploaded to cloud storage and are permanently deleted the moment you mark the order as 'Done', or if the customer cancels it. Alternatively, they are auto-deleted after 24 hours.
Currently, we support PDF, DOCX, JPG, and PNG files up to 25MB per upload.

Once you register your shop on our portal and activate your account, your shop will automatically become visible in our "Discover Shops" section based on the location you provide.
